The traditional products manufacturing workshop Gennima Gis is located in the Livadi area, just outside Arachova. With love for tradition and respect for local raw materials, the workshop brings to life flavors reminiscent of the old days, using authentic recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation.
Every pasta prepared at “Gennima Gis” is made with care and passion. Each batch of pasta is the result of the handmade work of the workshop’s specialized craftsmen, who methodically and carefully create products that combine tradition with quality.
Our company, with a presence in Arachova since the 1990s through the tavern “To Agnatio”, has created a workshop of local traditional products. Following authentic recipes handed down from generation to generation, we produce with passion the traditional noodles and the “Arachovas” trahanas.
The traditions of the region, nature and the passion of the people of the workshop create a unique environment where quality and tradition join forces to offer products that are worth trying.
