The products of the Gennima Gis workshop are full of the authentic taste and tradition that characterize the region. With the famous Clock as its symbol, the workshop's handmade pasta carries within it all the quintessence of homemade flavors that are passed down from generation to generation, offering a unique gastronomic experience.

Since 2008, Gennima Gis has been creating pasta with passion and care that combines tradition with quality. Among its product range, chylopites stand out, which are available in three different sizes, ideal for any traditional dish. Trahanas, sweet or sour, is a product that brings the taste of the season and nature, while the most authentic version of trahanas is the wheat (or boulougouri / bulgur), which exudes the taste of homemade food and the earth.

An integral part of the production is kritharaki, which is the ideal base for soups and various traditional dishes. All products are prepared with respect for traditional methods and using local raw materials, ensuring their excellent quality and taste.
