The workshop for the preparation of traditional products of Gennima Gis is located in the Livadi area, just outside Arachova.

Driven by the love for the Arachovi tradition in the preparation of pasta, the pure raw materials that hide within them the energy of the Parnassian Land and the long experience of the Vasilias family, the successful unit was created by Nicoleta Vasilias, the daughter of the family, who keeps alive the ancestral techniques in the preparation of pasta.
